High-Level Infeed Layer Palletizers are ideal solutions for projects that require to palletize products at very high speeds and throughputs.
The design of these machines allows to perform the products sorting, grouping as well as layer forming, centering and stacking operations on an elevated position, above the pallets height. Mounted on a 4-column structure, this particular process configuration allows to achieving significantly greater stability at very high speeds while palletizing.
This palletizing system allows the forming of the product layers to be independent of the layers stacking process on the pallet. This independence is achieved by an agile interaction between the bottom gate system and the layers stacking system, thus achieving maximum production speeds.

Layer palletizers are widely used to palletize products, in particular those with irregular shape or that require delicate handling like open lid cases, open trays, clusters and shrink-film packs.
