Robot Layer Palletizers are the perfect solution to optimize high speed productions, with packs that require a more delicate handling. By forming and stacking complete layers, these machines guarantee greater stacking stability, significantly reducing the risk of damage during stacking, transportation and storage.
The Robot Layer Palletizers series design includes a forming head which is controlled by an anthropomorphic robot. Its greater flexibility of movements compared to its Cartesian counterpart provides a better solutions to more complex layouts and/or the possibility to palletize different product lines simultaneously with a single piece of equipment.
Features
Layer palletizers are widely used to palletize products, in particular those with irregular shape or that require delicate handling like open lid cases, open trays, clusters and shrink-film packs. Ensuring to reach the end consumer in perfect condition by relying on a better finished goods stacking stability as well as a more delicate handling of the product.
In addition, it is a more suitable palletizing technology in situations where you need to palletize many different products with diverse formats and sizes, as formats dimensional changeovers are quick and easy and in most cases are performed automatically.
